I took the recently-delivered letter in hand and reached to the top of the bookshelf to grab the remaining four of them.
As I laid the four on the bed, a fight erupted in my cerebrum regarding the right thing to do.
Asha aunty said she may never come back.
What if she never comes back?
What will I do with the letters then?
And then magically, I did one thing instinct told me to do.
OPEN THE LETTERS.
