It's about magical creatures and a certain being that was thought to not exist. This is the supernatural world. Humans are very low in population wise and they know about the supernaturals. A girl who thought she was just a halfbreed, half human and half elfin,  that wasn't the case though. And after she learns the secret her "parents" are killed. But little does she know, that he's not the hurtful type, and that he'll fight for what he wants and what he has..and the thing he mostly is her.
