I'm always getting Dms asking me how to get follows, so here I am writing a book how to get follows.

This doesn't grantee you a follow, it's gives you a better chance AT getting a follow.

Just because you retweet and unretweet doesn't mean they'll follow you right away, it means you have a better chance AT getting a follow.

It can take a couple days or a while to get your favs follow.
