It was just supposed to be trip to the woods with some old buddy's. But all it took was a string of mistakes to put me in a place where I had no control.

Hi guys!! Started a Redny fic, YES THE PROLOG IS SHORT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE. The other chapters are longer around 1,000 words each(although usually around 2000) cczbI know that's still not a ton but compared to a lot of other fanfiction writers here..... Anyway hope you enjoy, . Please comment any mistakes or confusing wording type stuff, I do write most of this at two in the morning, and most importantly please give me info about the characters it would help out a lot. This is the third time writing a description but Wattpad keeps messing up. Ugh. Anyway have fun please enjoy. :D

The Story of Lancelot
After years of talking about it I'm finally doing it, this character was started soooooooo many years ago on a little web site called "Roblox." I tend to live in the past sometimes, just can't seem to let things go. this story is about the character I created over years of role play. Finn has been the man of the house since he was a child. Simply surviving, he doesn't want any more responsibility than he's already burdened with at 18 - until he helps a mysterious abused girl he met near his new workplace. His caring and protective nature quickly brings her into his life but their budding relationship falls apart just as fast, until an incident and the subsequent events make them slowly come back together. Later, when Finn loses the only other thing he cares about in life he's faced with the choice of driving her away or being vulnerable enough to depend on her. Maybe she can finally make him feel taken care of back; the one thing that he's always truly needed. A more mature and healthy rewrite of a book I started writing when I was 14, inspired by the trashy, dramatic, emo love stories I was obsessed with on this platform a decade ago. I was dealing with a lot at the time so I came up with this book idea, where both main characters have dramatized aspects of myself in them, as a way to make myself feel lovable, so writing this now is a nostalgic and creative way of looking back, processing, and letting go of the emotions I was going through as an adolescent. We want you to expect the unexpected in this book, for example: Most books don't kill off the main character, we want you to think we will kill off one of them. New York City isn't the safest place with a rather high crime rate. But it's the state of opportunity. When a 15 year old named Y/N moves to New York with their family, they have a hard time adjusting to the new city life after having lived in a small town their whole life. With their parents' new jobs they have no choice but to comply and leave their old life behind. When Y/N gets into some basic city trouble with some not-so-nice mutants and yokai, they end up meeting a team of turtles and one seems to catch their eye. Red becomes their new favorite color and they get to know the group and make some new friends. While intimidating at first, the biggest of the four is a real sweetheart. Y/N can feel themself falling but refuses to believe it. Will the mutate ever like them back? Will Y/N except it? (it starts off kind of slow, with a bit of character build up, but I promise it'll get going around chapter 2-3!
