A small group known as Hunters work in secret, slaying the monsters and demons that roam the streets looking for the essence of human souls.

Leah Anderson doesn't believe in the paranormal like that. She never has.

Not at least until one attacks her in her very own school while filming a project.

Suddenly, Leah finds herself unintentionally roped in with the Hunters, which includes random attacks by the weirdest monsters, training like a madman, rescuing her brother ( and the world) and possibly, doing a little particularly unintentional crushing.
