Seventeen-year old Emma and fifteen-year old Elizabeth Felix have grown up being raised by their great-aunt Josephine all their lives. But when the doctor tells Emma that Aunt Josephine is dying and there is nothing Emma can do about it, she finds herself clinging to the letters her mother left, and hoping, praying, with all of her heart that Aunt Josephine will get better. But as Aunt Josephine's health slowly declines, and Elizabeth becomes more and more stubborn everyday, Emma doesn't know what to do. Then she meets Elijah, and one day she finds herself wishing on a dandelion...
