Prison Dolls

It's the year 2024, and poverty has gone down hill since the 21st century. In the past year, every state has been hit with what the government calls terrorist attacks. But are they? No terror group has claimed their accused damage, so was it really them? Each of these "terror attacks" has dropped the government funds, forcing prisons to become co-Ed.

Zumasta Co-Ed Prison, the first co-Ed prison since the government collapsed. Zumasta was a generally decent prison. The addition of the opposite sex had dropped officer rape rates by a good 75%. There was also a decrease in inmate violence, and also officer to inmate violence. In general Zumasta seemed to be perfect.

But, then appears the first death. Then another. Another. And another. Death rates in the prison were suddenly rising, but why. There was no obvious answer. Or was there?
