Battle of Fire and Time

In a world where people have special abilities, none the same in a generation, there comes a dragon. The only one known in existence.
And he, powered by greed will set the world on fire.
Once he has become king of the land, people begin to lose their abilities. Less and less people are born with them until only a handful of people with powers are left in the land.
Grace Watch has seen all of this happen, as she has the ability to manipulate time. Because of this special ability, she doesn't age as quickly. You could say that she's on top of time, quite literally.
Then comes Michael Scale. A young man with an ability that has never surfaced history, until now. He has the ability to control other people's bodies as well as his own. Not only does this mean that he can kill people with his terrifying ability, but it allows him another one as well. Another that is also unheard of.
Something that he can use to kill the Dragon king.

*UPDATE NOTE* Because I am working on three books at once (yeah, not a good idea but I refuse to put down any of them until they're finished), updates will not be very frequent.
