Ash was built on lies, rumors, deceitfulness- had learnt it the hard way, became what everyone accused him of being.
His heart was made of ice, froze a little bit more year after year, was cold at the touch- yet he only needed something, someone to warm it, to melt that uncrossable barrier he had surrounded himself with.
It cut like daggers- everyone was scared of him, wouldn't dare try and if they did he pushed them away, didn't really want to be helped- he was self destructive.
That was why I thought if I held his heart in my hands, I would bleed, it would hurt, but maybe I would defeat the ice.
