In case you want to remember your dream and make it a story like I did, this are the steps to follow:
Before you go to sleep say this word over and over again until you fall asleep or better record your self saying this.
"I will remember all my dreams and I will wake up after each dream and write down my experience."
+ Write down everything you can remember in detail.
+ Write down whether the dream was in color or black and white.
