Luna Hale lost her family 8 years ago. She doesn't know that her older brother Derek and sister Laura survived. She lives with her best friend who she may have a crush on Scott McCall. The secret is that she is a very rare werewolf the Luna wolf hence her bucket name Luna. She always goes by that name. Her real name is Katie Hale but she hasn't gone by that name since the fire.
