Everyone wonders what happens after death. But does anyone every actually question what happens when someone goes into a coma or is brain dead? Emery Finnet went into a coma at the age of five years old and thirteen years later her family has kept her alive with hope that she will awaken. Emery has lived a quiet life doing the best she can to pretend everything is normal. Although she is all alone she lives a content life following her old friends from kindergarten around and going to school like every other teenager. Senior year has come and Emery is quite excited to graduate but Jayce Evanson, the new kid at school, grabs her attention. How can someone fall in love with someone who isn't even awake and walking about the school?
