In the midst of a fierce global war, a flesh eating virus known as the Wave threw humanity into disarray, turning people mad and sending cities to their knees. Years after the wars end, America is a wasteland, filled with psychopathic cannibals driven by the infection.
Only a few safe districts remain and it's up to Marshal to keep himself and the people around him in check. It won't be easy though, as a mysterious force has emerged from the ashes... and they aren't friendly.
