17 year old Laurene (u say it as Lauren) and her best friend Lily are forced by Laurene's mother to leave their cozy town in New York to go all the way across the country to California for school.
When they see the house Laurene's mom picked for them well lets just say its plainly obvious something's off about it.
After looking up the house and seeing all the complaints bout the house they decide to do a little investigating of their own with the help of friends they made along the way.
Soon they'll find out what little secrets the house hides and most importantly why the secrets were there in the first place.
