Dan works for a manufacturing lab, under the direction of a world famous scientist. He's earned a bunch of money from this job, but what many don't know, is the methods this lab uses to bring medicines to the world. Dan, for the most part, ignores the screams and crying while also caring for the "rats". He works hard in the hope that they'll let him go home early. For the most part, Dan Howell has a nice apartment and is happy living like those people in the cages don't exist.
But what will happen, when a raven-haired boy is brought into the lab as leverage for debt?

Dan Howell had been at a Catholic school all of his life. He ate, breathed and lived as a good Christian boy should. However, it didn't fit him, he didn't feel right promising himself to a God he didn't fully believe in. With countless rules Dan wasn't sure he could live his life to eternally, he starts to wonder if this life is his, or his parents.
