In the not-so-distant future, the world has almost crumbled. The world's population has been reduced to about 2 million, all of which must inhabit the central part of North America-- all of which, even if it includes bits of Canada and Mexico now, is still known as the United States of America. Although life is very smiliar to how we have it now in our present America, two main teams war in secrecy over treasures that they both claim hold a powerful energy.
Conflicted over the sides of this war is Sara Brycen, a girl who is torn between her parents allegiances to one team and her sister's loyalty to another. Will Sara find her true team and join them in the fight for the Energy Treasures, or will she try her hardest to stay independent like the people who don't face such a struggle?

By 2057, Earth will be a shadow of its former self. Decades of unbridled consumption and climate negligence have left the earth almost desolate. Water, oil, and lush land are relics of the past, valued more than money. All nations have collapsed under the weight of famine, disease, and internal upheaval, leaving only two superpowers: the United States and Russia. They were once reluctant allies but now find themselves embroiled in a deadly, global fight for the planet's few remaining resources. While the population fights to survive in enormous urban wastelands, both regimes use advanced technologies and covert tactics in a desperate push for absolute dominion. As this conflict between the 2 last countries left spirals out of control, the past suddenly begins to rise from the ashes leaving questions to arise in the thoughts of many soldiers on both sides including Caleb and Elena that, if answered, reveals a dark and unsettling truth. "Why are my hands getting warmer?" As far as Alicia was concerned, she was the daughter of a rich businessman attending high school. Then, she feels off and at the same time, she's not. One week later, her best friend brought her to another world(s). This is Alicia Bell's tale. --- Wizards of the Otherworldly Court is a multiple worlds and protagonists isekai web novel series about the Otherworldly Court, an inter-dimensional (or world-hopping, you get the idea) organization made up of people of all ages, gender, and race from many parallel or different worlds. They are granted elemental-like magic powers and call themselves 'Court Wizards'. They embark on many worlds in the mission to make them better places whether it'd be covertly in the shadows or out in the open working together with the many kinds of people living there all while having an adventure unlike any other. These are their stories. Basically, it's isekai to MULTIPLE worlds but each book after Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia focuses primarily on one world while also discussing its lore in detail. Book Alicia is the introduction containing the essential worldbuilding of the Otherworldly Court universe you need to know while shoving in as many characters and worlds as I can. Also, each book will have a different main character, sometimes more than one in a single book, like JoJo. --- Note: A bug was triggered which caused this book to be split into two. COMPLETED BOOK I was trained to be a weapon for the kingdom. I was forced into servitude to the King after my family was ripped from me.
