From Hell

A deep evil has rooted itself within London, murders springing up in the East-End. Louis, a private investigator owned by no one but himself, decides to work on the case only at the approval of Constable Payne. But now that he's involved, his life becomes more and more complicated as Harry Styles, a prominent and young doctor, forces himself into the situation, along with the fact that he might be a little more gay than he lets on. And a lot engaged to a certain Miss Eleanor Calder. As Louis and his newfound partner work to find the murderer, Commander Cowell is hellbent on finding someway to put Louis behind bars.

Will Louis finish the case? Or will he be the one behind bars?
