I still remember your smile. I remember how it lit my world up.

But you are plastic now.

The memories are so strong. I can feel them as if they happened just moments ago. The way you came running to me every time you saw me. My heart still stops at the thought.

But you are plastic now.

I still remember how I picked you up and twirled you around, how your cheeks blushed with the loveliest hues of red. You were so happy and full of life. And I remember how they radiated that color when we fought meaningless fights.
When we fought.

You are plastic now.

Oh, that one fateful day we met. We were so young, and the memories lasted so long and were so powerful. How in the park beside the beautiful lake I was alone. Alone. Alone with no one around. You saw something in me though. You still sat next to me and gave me your lunch.

You are plastic now.
