Tristan Cesar Rios is a gorgeous homicide detective with special skills for the Mesa PD out in the deserts of Arizona. He is called into investigate the abduction of the state governor's daughter, Cooper Allen. Cooper was preparing for a track meet at Arizona State University, when she was taken in the parking lot by a stranger.
