"This is how we live. Through murder and suicide."
Year 2117. Rules, we were bound by them. We were forced into a life of false happiness, even though all that was around us were lies. Yet many of us lived, unaware of those lies. Those who came to realize that the life they were living was a lie... well they accepted it. And those who didn't accept it, those who went against the Order of Justice... well they disappeared. But there was always those people that refuse to go without a fight.
I wanted the truth. I wanted change. So I reached out, beyond the boundaries for my answer.

INVASION: Wildest Game
Twenty years ago, the Galactic Federation saved Earth from extinction. In return, humanity gave them its loyalty. Under their guidance, civilization advanced beyond anything we thought possible. New technology. New systems. A stronger world. For most of my life, I believed they were our saviors but I was wrong. My name is Alexa Stanfield. I'm twenty years old, a college student, and one of the people chosen for a purpose the Federation kept hidden from humanity for decades. We were never simply rescued but being prepared. An intergalactic war is spreading across the universe, and the Federation is running out of soldiers. The species they sent before us were destroyed faster than expected. Now, they want humans to take their place. My friends and I were selected because we can resist psychological manipulation better than most, but there's no time for ordinary military training. So, the Federation created something else, Safira, a beautiful moon transformed into a massive survival ground where every trial is designed to push us beyond our limits. There are no exceptions. Not for the young. Not for the old. Not for the innocent. Once you're chosen, you play. And the rules are simple: Adapt, survive, and become useful. My friends and I thought our bond would be enough to carry us through. We were wrong about that, too. Because Safira doesn't just test strength. It tests loyalty, trust, far, and how far someone is willing to go when survival demands a sacrifice. I thought the worst thing waiting for us was the war beyond the stars. I should have been more afraid of the game itself. Because the moment Safira began, I realized something the Federation never told us. Not everyone who enters is meant to leave.

A Survivor's Journey
In a time long gone, artificial intelligence thrived under the benevolent rule of humans. Innovation and technology flourished, making life easier and more exciting with every passing day. It was a world where anything was possible, and our future seemed brighter than ever. But as is so often the case, humanity's greed for power and control overcame their better judgment. In a single moment, everything changed. The once-vibrant world was reduced to a dystopian wasteland, where survival was the only thing that mattered. Amidst all this chaos, a man named Jackson struggles to keep his hope alive. He clings to the dream of being reunited with his lover, who holds the key to saving humanity from the brink of destruction. With every step he takes, he risks his life, navigating through a world that is as dangerous as it is desolate. A journey to our only salvation
Tales of Disturbance
A young teenage girl, haunted by the memories of her father's execution, attempts to escape a cruel regime by night. A solitary woman, abandoned by her husband, inadvertently plays into the cruel hands of 'the state'. In another totalitarian regime a traffic light fixer is dealt with brutally for admiring a sunset. All these characters capture the essence of what it's like to be disempowered and cruelly dehumanised at the hands of a heinous, corrupt power. This sharp collection of pertinent short stories throws an at times uncomfortable light on cruelty, injustice and persecution that is all too relevant today. But ultimately these stories celebrate the strength and determination to survive at all costs, that exists within all of us.

WORK IN PROGRESS‼️ ─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ── There was no noise; I was at peace, and ironically, the stone-cold pavement never seemed warmer as my blood oozed out of me and around me like a painted canvas. I was slowly losing consciousness, but my mind never seemed happier now that I was dying. The white walls with big bright lights did not resemble heaven; in fact, it was quite the opposite. I thought I had died. When I came to, I found myself in this strange place, disoriented and confused. I looked around and found another five pairs of eyes looking at me with the same emotion swirling in their gaze. Now, 15 years later, I train with these girls. Our makers take care of us, feed us, and make sure we are clean, healthy, and fit. Some of us never had that; that's probably why it took so long for us to realize we were being used. The dirty work they made us do, none of us questioned it. How could we when we were taken off the streets? For a chance at normalcy, we settled for anything, even if that meant blurring the lines of right and wrong. After a mission gone haywire, we started noticing, and now we strike back to take our voices and reclaim the power that was used on us as a way to control us. After all, they are the ones who trained us; we are just returning our long-overdue favour. ─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ── Rankings : Featured in Mystery-thriller #5 in Mystery-thriller on 7/12/24

Black Star: Odyssey Beyond Infinity
I... was an enemy of humanity, and somehow, humanity is the enemy of mine. --- Or rather, they thrust me into the whirlwind of accountability for a mistake, a disaster, that pushed us beyond the borders of Earth to "save the human race" yet again, as we had probably stained the great humans' great intentions, and great reputation.
