Who's Who?

Yuuki Yoshida was in an accident which forces him to hospitalized, which puts him into a comatose state. In the back of his mind, he thought he was going to die, but later on, he wakes up and finds himself in a girl's body. At the same time, the owner of the body, Chinabi Natsume, was stuck in her mind freaking about what just happened. Later finding out that the two were stuck in the same body, the two wonder how can they get Yuuki back to his body. Because of this phenomenon, Yuuki knows about the hardships of Chinabi and vice versa. During the time they spent together, the two strangers become close friends. Both supporting one another in their weakest fields and in their weakest times.
