Our unlikely, and unwilling savior is woman nickname Kare who died in a car accident. She think she has no special ability. Does not wish to live. Who's the only living person that can survive the disease, the only mammal to have twins, and
That doesn't have any ill effect.
Modern technology doesn't help in the survival of the mammal children. Only natural birth survives.
Most females in the world have changed their blood type to O.
Her blood type does not exist.
6 months in the war it became a robotic War.
The second year all children under the age of 5 die.
On the third year all human over 40 die.

All evil will be purged from the world. Any who stand in his way will be turned to ash to help build his world. If the world wanted him to be evil so badly...then he would be a malicious tyrant that rules not with an iron fist, but a diamond one. Of course, there will be many who will fight back.
