How to write a successful fanfic (The Do's and Don'ts)

An opinionated seventeen year old expresses her need to disclose information over how to write a fan fiction clear from the injection of any cliché’s, cringe or head in your hand moments. I guess she just wants to prove to some people that she’s learnt something from fanfic’s other than the fact that some teenagers get alarmingly sexually awakened by the sight of a fury, half-human creature. Each to their own is what I say.
