Now sentenced to eternal slumber for the safety of herself and the whole human population, Maddison now resides with immortality in Heaven. Being a Core, she holds a great attachment to the earth, and controls the dead that are called Guardians.

When a large war against Heaven and Hell begins, the two other Cores and Maddison must do whatever it takes to make sure Heaven stays at its rightful place, all in the while of making sure earth doesn't fall in the process.

But now, Maddison is having difficulties forgetting her past when she must make a pit-stop at her old home. Facing the old friends, and old enemies, that she wishes she could forget.

But the war is getting out of control, and now they need a little more help... And they have all ran out of options.
