In this part of the story William arrives at the capitol of the Solomani Confederation to negotiate with the General Secretary of the Secretariat.
Building upon Part 1 there is room for more humor and interpersonal interaction among the characters.
This part of the ongoing story is complete and will likely not receive much updating... but time will tell. :)
FYI: Part 3 is well underway and hopefully will be complete in a month or two... or sooner.
