Seymour has always been an average, quiet town with no crime until one day, the sudden murder of the town's baker caused an uproar. The creepy old man on top of Seymour Hill is to blame and it's up to the sheriff to investigate the old man. As the sheriff visits the old man in the middle of the night, she realizes that he has pledged his allegiance to a monstrous demon named the Orangutan King. The cannibalistic old man consumes human bodies to gain power as he awaits the Orangutan King. The sheriff then pretends to be the Orangutan King and coaxes the old man into a murder trap.
