Caught Her in the Rye

(If you haven't read "Catcher in the Rye", then this will be confusing.)

This short story is an assignment I got in my junior year. The prompt was to write about Holden's life ten years later, from his point of view, and somehow incorporate yourself into the story. I am particularly proud of this one, so I decided to share it here. Yes, I suppose I did write a "Catcher in the Rye" fanfiction.

By the way, the photo on the cover is one I took myself. :)
