but what happens when HYDRA is thrown in the picture.
When bucky fell off that train she fell too. Hydra found them but them and turned them into the winter soldier and winter. Two soldiers with no memory of the past. Two complete killers.
The winter soldier and her are very protective of each other in HYDRA, they wont ever spar each other, and never forget each other no matter how many times there memories are erased though they can't remember just how close they only remember they mean a lot to each other.
But what happens when Steve finds out that his best friend AND sister are still alive even after 70 years. Will he have any sanity left.

Bucky Barnes starts to remember his life before he became the Winter Soldier. After the events of Washington, he had wanted to run away and hide. He knew people would come looking for him, especially Hydra and the Avengers. Hidden away in a remote town, on the outskirts of Maine, Bucky tries to live a simple life without drawing attention to himself. Little does he know, he had been followed. ***** Alexandria (Lexi) Adams, was one of the best shadow agents of SHIELD. She was one that Fury trusted with everything, including her judgement. Fury knew that having the Winter Soldier on their side, would be beneficial, not to mention, it would stop Rogers from turning down missions he was needed on. Lexi follows Barnes from a distance, helping to set him up with a home and job, without him knowing it was her. She had moved in to the apartment across from him, playing the friendly neighbour, which was a feat in itself. Lexi was never considered a friendly type of person.
