The obvious romance is blurred by her inability to pick a side: violent vampire or human life? Her indecisivity leaves everyone questioning till the next chapter.

We know what happens in the end, at least we should. It's obvious, isn't it? This story has random and subtle 4th-wall-breaks, and plenty of music and TV references. Enjoy.

Colored In The Negative was written for the entertainment of myself and my very unalike close circle of friends. It is set in the year of 2016, and takes place in San Antonio, TX. That said, only MOST of what makes this story is a work of fiction. Other than those who've given permission, every character is a figment of my imagination. Any personalities, private locations, or occurrences similar to actuality are purely coincidental.All Rights Reserved

Lila Silver had been a pretty normal girl until her sixteenth birthday and her dad decided to move her and her step-sister, leaving her old friends, old school and old life as a human behind. Before she could even adjust to that bit of news, there were news reports about teenage girls going missing and showing up days later, drained of blood. In between dealing with the secrets and dynamics of being a werewolf, the totally not cliche grudge between the vamps and werewolves, being the potential next murder victim of a mysterious and possibly non-human killer, and a hottie with fangs that she sometimes kind of wanted to make out with and other times wanted to rip his throat out, Lila was definitely going to have a totally normal, average life in this new town.
