What would you do if your entire life was changed for the worse by someone else's poor choices? If everything you'd ever known was destroyed by someone else's addiction?
Lydia's life was flipped completely around by the death of her parents. Being under age, Lydia is forced to move in with her Aunt Katherine. Not wanting to get close to anyone else only to lose them, Lydia blocks everyone out and refuses to let anyone in. She hides her feelings, and keeps her secrets buried deep within her.
Enter Harry Styles, a strange, sarcastic, and cocky young man covered in tattoos, with a blatant disrespect for rules and the law, and seems to be everywhere Lydia is. He holds secrets of his own that only a select few people know, and refuses to let anyone see just how deep he's in. He develops a strange fascination with this hardheaded, guarded girl, and begins trying to break down her walls while keeping his own intact against her.
