Alya Augustine was your typical cliché teenage girl. She was sorta over-dramatic, gossiped about the mean girls at school, and obsessed over boys. She was the "master" at flirting with tons of boys by twirling her golden brown hair around her tan fingers. She was living a pretty normal life...until she came along.

Chrysanthemum Hollinsworth. A human ray of sunshine! She had wavy blond hair and sea-green eyes. Her smile mesmerized every boy in school. She was a pretty tough to beat when it came to attracting the attention of their fellow male students. Many girls were sickened at her sight, full of jealousy and rage. And so was Alya...for a different reason. She wasn't jealous of Chrysanthemum and her ability to control a boy. No, she was jealous...of the boys.
