The Shattered Union

The United States of America is in shambles. The Civil War has fractured the nation into 6 independent states that all struggle for dominance and power.
With the introduction of steampower technology to North America, the new nation states begin rebuiling and revamping their arsenals in preparation for the next outbreak of fighting.

In one of these states resides a young man named Philip Rivers. He stumbles on a conspiracy that will plunge the 6 nations back into war with each other and engulf the continent in destruction and ruin. Can Philip stop the conspirators from igniting another war...or will the conspirators plan suceed and ravage this shattered union?
