The once-peaceful Westerling City faces its first serial killer in years, and the WCPD has no solid suspect to pin the murders on. College sophomores James Paul Bloom and William Herrera, the two identities behind the killer, struggle to keep on their mask of affability and goodness as one by one, hindrances to their murders come their way -- which, if not avoided, will lead to their arrest.
