After times and times of abuse from his brothers, Karamatsu finally breaks and runs away from home which he never comes back to.
After several weeks, Ichimatsu finds Karamatsu unconscious in the streets, dirty and badly wounded. Once Karamatsu is brought home and conscious, he becomes a totally different person. The Matsu Brothers was worried and assigned Ichimatsu to take care of Karamatsu. 
When Ichimatsu is spending time taking care of poor Karamatsu, he finds out that Karamatsu has many secrets, as well as wounds to hide.
