In the current world, each person is connected to their soulmate by music. A person would hear the last music their soulmate listened to or created inside their head, linking each other to their other half's thoughts.

Levi Ackerman is in a long term relationship with Erwin and is living in an apartment together with Eren. He is a well-known musician who loves classical music and other classical shits.

Eren Yeager, however, is the lead vocalist and a guitarist of their band, who wants nothing about classical music thinking that it's boring.

One day while practicing, Eren heard a very sad song inside his head, eventually leading him to the raven-haired man who has a broken heart, inside the music room of their apartment.
