Josie the good girl who always follows the rules, is a straight A student, and always listens to her older bother, Kyle. Josie returns home after a year being out of state for school, she learns that she doesn't have to listen to everything her brother tells her to do. While home for the summer, the bad boy of the town, Kendall takes an interest in Josie. Kyle doesn't want Josie to have anything to do with Kendall so he does everything in his power to keep Josie away from him. Kyle knows the truth about Kendall and doesn't want his little sister to be associated with him. Kyle won't be able to baby his sister for too much longer. She's smart, independent, and strong. She'll break free from Kyle's authority over her soon enough. She'll become who she's suppose to be and be with whoever she wants to be with even if its the bad boy.
