Shades of a Setting Sun

Skye is half angel, half demon. In a time of purity in the angel kingdom, she knows she'll never survive there, although no one has yet found out about her heredity.

The human world beneath them is falling apart, the only way to save them is to stop the war between angels and demons. But it is practically impossible to pacify conflict between these two vastly different parties, and the only way to do so would be to make them all human.

There is a stone, thousands of years old, that can perform that task, but it is hidden somewhere in the human world. And Skye must embark on a journey across countries, across beautiful lands and dangerous lands, and face many obstacles in order to get the stone.

She only finds half the map leading to the stone, because the other half is in a demon's hands. Reluctantly, she is obliged to join forces with him and work with someone who she had been taught to kill in order to save the world.
