When a White Lantern Kyle Rayner takes one ring of the emotional spectrum (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet and Black ) in a construct( an object formed by the energy of the emotional spectrum) to find a universe to drain emotional energy, Kyle stumbles upon  the Dragon Ball Z universe, as he enter's this universe, he find the God of Destruction Beerus destroying a world, due to this Kyle get's caught in the line of destruction injuring him heavily. When Kyle tries to teleport to this universe's Earth, he loses control of the rings, spreading them around Earth.
