Jac Naylor is Connie's sister and also helps her with Grace. Connie and Jacob also have twins, Lauren Amanda Masters and Matthew Charlie Masters who are 2 years old. Sofia Hanna's mum is Zoe Hanna who is friends with Connie and Jac. Jacob and Connie have been married for 5 years. Hope you enjoy!
