Cant Tell If Im Drowning

I don't know if you realise, when people smile. It always hides a story. Good and bad they come in waves but no one gives enough care to make it right. There's never a happy ending, Fairytales are only fictional. Not reality. Where we have to experience Heartbreak, suffering, loneliness. There are so many negative things it's called when we submerge ourselves in doubt, depression, anxiety. But why do we have these things labelling our insecurities. Why should we be afraid of how society wants us to be and how it sees us?
