Taking things day by day, Marilyn is slowly learning to cope with both her past and living on the 8 Mile road. She hates having to resort to Salem's Lot, but she is learning to live with the fact that she and her brother have no where else to go. Having dead parents and no relatives is hard for the young adults, but for Mariyln music has always been her way out. What happens when she and a neighbor cross paths?
