Chanell Kingston. A beautiful, strong- willed, women. Her Farther's company is on the verge of falling apart, Chanell is their last hope of recovery. But there's a catch. She has to marry Jack Gilinsky.

Jack Gilinsky. A wealthy, playboy. Women fall to his feet. He is used to women throwing theirselves at him. But when he meets Chanell, she's different than other women. She doesn't throw herself at him, she knows of his good looks but doesn't act on her knowledge.

"You can learn to love him. Chanell, please your Farther's company is in great danger." My Mother contemplates.

"Fine, Mother, I will do it. On one condition. If I no longer want him as a husband in a year, we may divorce." I argue.

"Agreed." My mother agrees.
