Snowkit, the beautiful white she-kit of FlameClan, is becoming an apprentice. She is the cat everyone wants to be: the daughter of the leader and a well-respected she-cat, firstborn with a sister and two brothers, and a hardworking cat. Now of age to take her Apprentice Trial, she works hard to be a good apprentice, please her parents, and give her three littermates someone to look up to. However, her birth is shrouded in mystery and secrets lie in every corner of FlameClan's territory. EchoClan, with many great warriors, many cats training or ready to start, and even three medicine cats! But then a strange happening starts in their peaceful forest, creating tension as it seems their leader can't handle the pressure. Meanwhile, the struggling BatClan does whatever they can to survive the upcoming leaf-bare, but it seems their leader will have to take it to an extreme just to live another season.
