a PHAN!AU where Dan and Phil are both 16 and live in a dystopian universe where every week for 10 weeks they take a test on their mood; score an overall 50 and up, you get to move on to taking a test to see where you will be placed in society. Get below a 50, and you are sent to the hospital where they use harsh torture methods to try to get your mood up. If you mood doesn't go up to at least a 50 in a year, you get killed. Unless the torture kills you first.
