Character Files is an underground reference compiled by the legendary TRA, a self-proclaimed master of information. This book is a black-market item that contains volumes of information gathered over the years. However, the volume you are now holding is only a fraction of the original copy, reported to contain nearly a thousand names.

Even though, this book still contains various character files as compiled by agents from Benjim Enterprises, RADCorp's Aegis Commission Foundation, GWYKE Industries, and a slew of other corporations, groups, and other entities around the world.

It is compiled here to serve as reference for the different prominent and active denizens of the world along with their   backgrounds and an estimate of their powers and capabilities.

Study them well for you might cross their paths on your adventures to become one of the greatest heroes (or villains) of AEIOUS.
