Nyx Flame, a Captain of the Mutt squad in the Alpha section has always been the one to force her squad to do the unthinkable; to killing entire villages, to raiding a national military base for the Section under the influence of General Spi, a man unknown to all except Zack and herself. Zack, her second in command and her secret lover, a secret she's willing to keep. Under her command she is able to get her team out of there, however, after three years of peace, it's about time the Alpha section is coming back to claim what is rightfully their's. Their super Mutt, the mutant they created that can cause the world to bow to their knees and when she finds out who it is, she is forced to take extra precautions to ensure they are safe. Will Captain Nyx Flame win this war? Or will this kill her, taking her lover with her?
