"How ya feeling?"
My blanket wrapped around me as I turned towards my friend and I got comfortable in the warmth.
"Like crap." my voice seemed way too high for my liking. I cleared my throat from the raspiness that had occurred when I spoke. Memories of the past few days events suddenly flooded my mind and an expression of sadness and discomfort quickly showed on my face.
"Hey, everything's gonna be ok." I smiled at my friends attempts to reassure me. "Bats is gonna fix you. I'm sure of it."
