Emily spent the first 18 Novembers of her life surrounded by others but always alone. Surrounded by a house full of children running around her, filling the large orphanage and its yard with noise. After 14 years without a Mom or Dad she gave up the idea and consigned herself to the thoughts of being alone in her life. The 18 November she struck out on her own in the world.
