Little Mate

Zaid has lived a lonely existence of four-hundred and thirty one years as a vampire. He just exists, not really living for anything. He's known to have a heart of stone, because after years and years of searching for his mate, he comes up empty handed. He thought he was deemed to be alone forever because of all the grief he caused and all the blood shed on his hands. He believes this is his eternal punishment.
