This is a story I'm attempting to create for Tales From The Crypt. A reporter tracks people murdered both by freakish weather, and a mysterious creature that wields it. Dubbed the Storm Chaser, this being strikes a path of icy vengeance, leaving a trail of bodies in its wake. As she gets closer to the creature, is she, and the world, prepared to accept the truth?
Warning: Violent content, strong language, controversial and topical subjects. Homophobia, hate speech, and graphic sexual assault, along with gore and dark humor. If any of these are upsetting to you, stop reading now.

Five friends, one is a killer. On fall break, twenty year old Eliza Goodchild sets off with four of her college friends for a remote cabin in Aspen, Colorado. She's a detective, solving the city's biggest case. He's a murderer, lurker of the dark who's secrets are being brought out to the light. He's willing to do anything to keep himself hidden in the dark, including kill. She uncovers the truth about the ghost- unknown, never caught on camera- hidden for decades. She slowly unwraps his cold layers, revealing a warmth of light hidden beneath decades of death, betrayal and hatred for her kind. He finds her amusing. A/N: This is book 2 of a series I've already started- would definitely recommend reading book one first. Or you might be rather confused at times,plus has major spoilers of the original!! It has foul language, kissing and inappropriate scenes, I wrote this a while ago and there are typos, but I'm not on wattpad much so please don't mind them!
The Darkness in the Light

Only, it's soon her that becomes the one lost to the drains. To survive she must rediscover her world, and in the process, rediscover herself. She will be reunited with old friends, gain new ones, find out deeper secrets about her past than she ever could have imagined, and learn that the world is even more corrupt than she always thought. *** This story contains sexist ideology, mention of cheating, some gruesome scenes, and a whole lot of monsters and darkness. It isn't overly mature... there isn't much explicit language or sexual scenes, but there is a bit of violence, so just keep that in mind... and despite all that negativity, ENJOY!Complete
